Feeling better now that you finally got somepony to listen to reason today and because you just got a lot of things off your chest you turn to help vanilla get off of Max’s back. As you help her down you give her a little hug. “Take car of yourself Vanilla, I’ll be sure to stay in the c-car?”

Vanilla Skied gives you a little kiss on the forehead and tells you, “Jade would be proud of you. I’ll miss you too Taurus.”

“It’s not her fault Jade died, she’s in a better place now. I want you to remember that I love you”

“I’ll miss your poems Taurus…”

Vanilla starts walking over to the other two pegasi. She stumbles until she finally falls over. The two pegasi help her up and start taking off. “Hey, take care of her for me! Keep her away from fighting!”

They look back at you and give you a little nod as they fly off.

The three of you begin you hike toward earthpony territory, Misty happily bounding in front with the scepter in her mouth, “Hey Misty! Why did you choose us over heading out with those first pegasi anyway?”

She takes the scepter out of her mouth to answer. “My wings are still sprained. I couldn’t fly with them. Also, I still have some admittedly confusion feelings about you that I still need to resolve… And I owed you.”

You realize the Max has been kind of quiet. You look back to see Max looking back at the town you just escaped. “Maximilian? Are you Okay?”

“The only thing I ever wanted to do is protect other ponies. I spent my entire life trying to defend the country I lived in and it’s ponies. In the end they only impoverished me and the only friend I had for years cast me aside after I just discovered you. Sunny Days I… My life was a waste. If it wasn’t for you I probably would have died blindly defending those ungrateful ponies…”
