Flim & Flam’s Yearly Yard-Sale attracts all sorts of ponies looking for odd gadgets and failed products that the brothers would invent. Crash Dive came by to try out a new dive suit. Minty Candy heard of that the Flim Flam brothers will be selling new inflatable diapers (that didn’t sell will to the mother’s in Equestria). Twintails came with Minty to find a gun that was rumored the brother’s invent, a sporadic and random gun that inflates it’s target. Known to effect clothing, but can also blimp up any unsuspected pony.

However, it seems like another pony got to it first.
