This is Suit Twister. He is an interesting character, albeit a strange one. His special talent is being able to hear thoughts from other beings around him when they get close enough. This drives him into insanity, not being able to tell which thoughts are his own anymore. He is obsessed with the spiral patterns he sees everywhere, and paints them in ink wherever he finds himself a supply of ink and a place to smear it. He views life as a game, and knows only how to interpret it as such. When things get too intense, he generally panics and hides, or runs if hiding is impossible.
