Doctor Whooves Classic Edition

Drawn for reasons I’m keeping mum about just in case the party this is intended for somehow ends up on here. Highly unlikely, but hey you never know.

So, I’m an old school Doctor Who fan. I grew up watching the Tom Baker or Slyvestor McCoy episodes when I was younger on PBS or late night bits of cable TV. I still love the new stuff but the old series is special to me. Also I love heckling the cheap old effects.

I also love Doctor Whooves. He is Best Pony. I just decided to make a Tom Baker edition. So here he is, scarf and all.
