The Union of Hooviet Socialist Republics ( , lit. Soyuz Sovetskikh Sotsialisticheskikh Respublik) abbreviated to UHSR (CCCP, lit. SSSR) or shortened to the Hooviet Union ( , lit. Sovetskij Soyuz), is a communist superpower state on the Rossiyan continent and a union of dozens of multispecies and multinational Hooviet Socialist Republics (HSR’s), with its government and economy highly centralized. It is governed as a single-party state by the Communist Party with Moscolt as its capital. It also has the most advanced military power in the world.

As of the start of the Golden Age of Harmony (5 A.F. onwards), the socialist Hooviet Union and the semi-absolute constitutional monarchy Grand Kingdom of Harmony, led by the greatly wise, kind and friendly Tambelon Royal Family, which solved all the political conflicts and international strains throughout the globe, are two most powerful nations and the leading superpowers (with the UHSR being a hyperpower and Tambelon a utopian megapower) in the planet. Despite their uneasy relationships, they remain close friends and allies.
