Rarity gets invited to another one of Fancy Pants’ parties. Only this one isn’t like the others. No, this one’s a bit more private, and only for his closest friends. And it’s kinda hard to be snooty and look down your nose at people when everyone is in their underwear.

Also, I think Luna still needs a few lessons on what is and isn’t appropriate to say and do in a public setting.

Luna felt pumped up as she regaled the ponies around her with a tale from a millennia ago. “The battle was grueling. I almost thought I would have been bested by the beast, but with one quick movement, I dodged around the attack and severed the manticore’s head clean off, like this.” She swung her sword in a great arc, only missing Night Light and Upper Crust by a mere inch. “Was a glorious victory, though I did not escape unscathed. Along with the beasts blood that covered both me and my equipment, I was caught by it’s claw.” She smiled and triumphantly stuck the sword into the floor. “The village was more than happy to provide proper medical care and a bath for me before I left. And a little company while I bathed. You’ve never known true comfort until you’ve had carnal relations in the bath.”

Upper Crust looked at the princess with a questionable look. “That’s…lovely Princess.”

Night Light turned to Twilight Velvet with a bright smile on his face. She just stared back with bemusement.
