Bulimic Twilight Sparkle

Yesternight I had an acute gastroenteritis, and puked my lunch in the toilet until my eyes teared over. It hurt so much I felt I would die.

I first decided to simply draw a vomiting Twilight, but then decided to try drawing her emaciated, thus this picture became Bulimic Twilight.
