“I know I posted this already, but Id like to take a second to talk about it. This is a friend of mines daughter who is dressed as Princess Twilight Sparkle (she got a horn later). Her and several other people (kids and adults alike) were beyond thrilled and wanted to take a picture both of me and with me. Seeing the happiness I was giving others by wearing this costume was very thrilling for me.

Its why I cosplay. Not because Im getting attention, but because the sheer delight on peoples faces when they see their favorite character come to life, so to speak, is just incredible.

Id actually met this particular little girl before at a brony meet up her folks (both bronies) had brought her along to and she had a hard time approaching me while I was in costume, even when her mom reassured her of who I was. She was just so awed by me, she couldnt bring herself to high-five me at first. It was too cute.

People like this, spreading happiness like this.
