Description:
“Although genetically all changelings except for the queen are asexual, most have a preference for which gender they transform into when hunting for love. As such, they usually adapt certain behavioural patterns even when not transformed. Frequent and/or prolonged transformations may actually lead to a changeling retaining secondary sexual characteristics from their preferred gender.
Additionally, although changelings are incapable of feeling love, some may form stronger bonds with certain members of the hive. While it is often grounded in how well they work together, sometimes it’s as simple as being born from the same generation and thus developing a stronger sense of kinship, although technically all changelings of the hive are their siblings.”
