Third to last villain choice, at least from the Arkham City universe.

Doctor Stable, from the episode “Read it and Weep” as Hugo Strange.

Few reasons for the choice. One is that I’m baffled by how little fanart this character has gotten given this fandoms penchant for highlighting nearly every background/incidental pony.

Other reasons include that fact that it gives me not only a legitimate doctor character to use, but one that has worked with the Rainbow Knights alter ego before…Plus he has a mature enough voice and demeanor.

Identical to caramel, and a little more reminiscent of Cillian Murphy as Jonathan Crane, maybe…But I still think this casting ultimately works.
