The werepony reveals itself to be none other than Applejack. It gets more complicated when Twilight realizes she can't bring AJ to a hospital and has to heal her herself to keep her dark secret. The catch? AJ seems to be afraid of her now, flinching whenever she's near.

This series is meant to be my idea dump for AUs and stories I don't know what to do with. It aims to inspire writers out there to hopefully pick up one of these, using the piece attached as inspiration. (It's a very obvious plea of mine for more fics based on ideas I have lol)
