Honestly Starlight isn’t really my fav MLP character(I prefer Sunset) and this is probably one of the few Starlight Glimmer drawings I’m gonna do.
I was trying to make sure the flippers are the main focus. And I was inspired by another who designed a bikini and or snorkeling mask.
