Sunset Shimmer and Twilight Sparkle travel the world to try and find a way to undo the damage to the Gates of Tartarus, trapping the umberfoal energy within and stopping a world wide calamity at the source.
As attacks from beings infused with the energies of the umberfoal continue to increase, poltical tensions heighten, and dark omens start appearing from the Storm Empire in the south, Princess Celestia scours Equestria to find candidates to take up the mantle of Alicorn.
Follow the stories of Sunset, Twilight, and the Nine Alicorns of Equestria, as they prepare for the fated return of Nightmare Moon.
Primarily a Sunset and Twilight story, but will feature the stories of many ponies from across the world!
