When Terrafin succeeded Posada as General Secretary, it did not take long for him to begin blending technology with governance. These efforts eventually culminated in 1016 with the creation of an advanced A.I. system called "StarNet"

Throughout the following years, StarNet continued to recieve several updates and expansions to it's server systems, located beneath Ain Trotgourait. By the year 1028, the StarNet server complexes stretched beneath the entirety of the city and beyond.

These expansions eventually culminated in 1030 when Starnet achieved full sentience and self-awareness, naming itself/herself "Stardust"
Connected to nearly all digital devices across North Zebrica, Starust's authority eventually surpassed that of Terrafin, making herself defacto leader of North Zebrica.

In the current year of 1050, Stardust has unified North Zebrica, South Griffonia, and the Canteribbean under the newly established Revolutionary Overlordship, uniting all it's inhabitants through the creation of a benevolent digital hivemind with the goal of achieving a true collectivist utopia.

Today, the Revolutionary Overlordship over Creaturekind is one of the most prosperous states in the world, all through it's unique AI automated governance directed by Stardust herself.
