Velvet Looted a Banana 🍌

Welcome to my boldest piece so far! I have to admit, I am far more into this stuff than it may seem from the illustrations I made so far. Surprisingly, I come up mainly with safe and cute ideas. However, my love for mares can not be understated, and I will go even further with this in the future. If you are concerned about this, I am sorry, just hide the suggestive, questionable, explicit tags and move on.

Regarding the illustration itself, I got an idea from the user askbananapie on Tumblr. They messaged a question to Tumblr's ask blog quite some time ago. I didn't really pay attention that Tumblr had this ask blog feature enabled by default. I didn't intend to use it, and I was surprised when I saw a user writing to me through it. At first, I thought I'd just keep it hanging as I am always busy with lots of stuff to draw in progress, but... Their message gave me an idea for this comic. I don't know if askbananapie is okay with this content; their message was just "gives u a banan". Anyway, you get what you get!

This time around, I went with much softer shading and a different approach to lighting. However, I am not fully satisfied with the result. Velvet Remedy, with her dark colours in a dark room, is difficult to read, especially her face. I added a last-minute rim light to her nose to fix it a bit, but meh... Maybe I should've put the light source closer to her face. If anyone has any ideas on how they could do this better, I am all ears. Feedback is always welcome!
