Hey everyone,

Bit of a side tangent here. Rather, it's more of a tribute to the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series of games that I loved so very much over the years- and a quote taken from the book that heavily inspired them.

Here we have an alternate anthro version of Frazzle, decked out in protective equipment; pictured here exploring parts of the Zone as part of the Mercenary faction.

For those who are curious, she would be most unlike the regular pony version of herself- pictured here well after the devastation of Cheernobyl, Frazzle is paranoid, hard bitten, cynical, and incredibly jaded after being in the Zone almost since its formation. She had to learn incredibly quickly how to survive in the radioactive wastes and ruins of the Zone, and how to deal with the anomalies that can be found there also.

A former relations officer for an early scientific research mission, one that subsequently was overrun by the local mutant fauna, she quickly found herself as the shell-shocked sole survivor for the expedition. While she wears a shorter mane and tail than she did when she was with her former employers, she still maintains her makeup routine as best she can in order to help ground her- to tie her to the mare she once was, before all of this.

On her methodical, slow, long, and winding journey throughout the Zone, Frazzle, out of a desire to protect herself, and a more recent urge to make a whole ton of money, has now seen and done a lot of things that can be considered incredibly distasteful, as far as civilians are concerned.

But as we all know, such is the natural order of things in the Zone...
