The figure, stand, table top, stool and sewing machine are made out of Philippine mahogany while the gears are carved from Narra hardwood. The table legs and pedal are made of copper wire. The figures are painted with enamel and protected with a clear lacquer. Bumblesweet sits at 5 1/4” high while the whole piece measures 6 1/2” long, 3 3/4” wide and 8 1/8” high. It took 102 3/4 hours to make.
