Here's my version of the aftermath of the sad and depressing MLP fanfiction and audio drama, Friendship is Tragic.

The Mane 6 have made it back to Ponyville, where they were healed and cured at the hospital.

Twilight Sparkle and Pinkie Pie, despite both having been presumed dead, were rushed to the hospital by the others who were holding onto hope that they were still alive somehow. Luckily, the two of them survived their supposed deaths and made it out alive, although barely. Right now, they are sharing a long-overdue hug.

Applejack and Rainbow Dash apologized to each other, making amends in the process. The former is letting the latter wear her hat to show that things between them are all good now.

Rarity returned back to normal mentally with few unresolved problems: she can't help but feel guilty over the greedy heartless selfish monster she has become. As she looks towards Twilight, remembering how cruel the last words she said to her were, she wonders if Twilight will ever forgive her. The now-mute Fluttershy is consoling her friend, having already forgiven her.

Although their lives will never be the same again, the six ponies will all pull through, together.
