these are the runnerups from my last poll
rise’nshine is “frankenstein’s monster”. i did NOT mean to make him look like a rooster. but i like it. i think its funny. the pegasus from whom this body is taken is deceased and rise’nshine uses his name as a way to remember him. the unicorn’s name was clink clank and his cutiemark is a diagram of a multiple piston engine because i thought it was funny. is the force that gives ponies their cutiemark clairvoyant? did the ponies find out they were living on a globe because it appeared as a cutiemark? is it based on the pony’s subconscious? is it based on the collective subconscious of all ponies? is it possible that a cutiemark could contain inaccurate information because it’s informed by pony understanding? was there a pony with a cutiemark of a flat earth that had to learn that the world isn’t flat? if a pony’s cutiemark depicts something like national borders, if those borders change, does their cutiemark change? is this a possible method for faster than light communication? changing a country’s borders back and fourth to communicate a message in binary to a distant star? a bunch of astronaut ponies watching their friend’s ass for updates from home base? or does the information travel at the speed of light, so if the astronauts are a light year away, then the cutiemark would change a year later? if so, why? does this information have a carrier? what is carrying it and what sent it? is it based on a collective unconscious, but it’s just frozen at the moment it appears? if it is based on collective unconscious, but it is also reflective of destiny, what does that have to say about destiny? is destiny informed by society? anyway, clink clank invented that kind of combustion engine because the diagram for it appeared on his ass and I think that’s funny lol.
Sky Painter is “cutiepox” they had all of the magic from several other ponies shoved inside of them and it gave them all their cutiemarks. I haven’t decided if the donor ponies are deceased or if they are just living in a completely drained state like the ponies from starlight’s cult. regardless, sky painter is haunted by their talents and their destinies. here’s all of their cutiemarks below the break:
