Description:

Tango Spirits was an easy target to captured given how tipsy she is all the time. However, after a thorough tickling session, she doesn't seem worried about this bat pony tickling minx getting away with what she did. The more sober she is, the more strengh she regains, and neither these restrains or iron bars will stop her from arresting Elizabat and giving her some tickles back.
Better start running, Stormfeather, or do you like the idea of getting caught by the strong taller drunk sheriff mare?
