He's an interesting character with a very meta undertone.

I haven't finished reading the Pony POV Series but the character caught my eye.

I lost the actual description of him so I went for something that emphasises his sense of cruelty and self-importance while not entirely hiding the fact that he's a force to be feared through one means or another.
