Doctor Gracia Hooves is Sheriff Paol Hooves's wife and Doctor Whooves's aunt; as well as a doctor and surgeon in the west.
When she was younger, many colts reject her for her habits and consider her freak; each of the colts being chauvinists. But Paol was the first colt to'd been nice to her; impressed by her intelligence and personality. The two bonded, charmed by each other's looks but more so by each other's hearts. Many were pleased when they married and got their own children. And many revere Gracia who'd saved many lives from serious wounds and helped many elders pass on to the afterlife without pain.
Not surprisingly, the Mane 6 also befriended her; charmed by her sass, her altruism, her intelligence, her sense of humour, and her intelligence. And many of them admire her fashion sense; stylish yet practical.
