Sorry if I did make him look like Pinkie Pie (Official TYT ver.). Trust me, I did imagine his crazy smile just like Pinkamena Diane Pie's delusional smile.

Also, the whole body of his was just like the mix between the actual, and the comic one.

I know that... his face was so childish, like a real one that just like Sarah Jane said. And tbh... it was so hard to shape and fit Tom Baker's face.
