Description:
The G5-Verse is a confusing mess of half-baked stories that is simultaneously treated as interconnected and non-canon to each other and we're supposed to try and make some damn sense of the mess and how it's meant to even be considered a sequel series to G4 despite it not sharing G4's Magic System and internal continuity in the first place, let alone the fact that we're supposed to just bend the knee and accept that a fully-trained Archmage Princess who was in full control over a Continent-Spanning Empire like Equestria had lost a battle with Opaline Arcana; someone who in-turn had lost a battle of wits in Chapter One, a battle of skill in Chapter Five, and ultimately was defeated in Chapter Six: all to an Earth Pony Smoothie Cart Operator and parttime Social Activist, who had continuously shown no formal training or even general experience in using Magic, or even any desire to better herself or even take charge of the story that for the longest time most of us thought that Zipp Storm was supposed to be the Leading Main Character.
Compare this to Fallout Equestria, where it's a standalone story that served as the inspiration for an entire Sub-fandom within G4, where the narrative has direct connections to the events of G4's Magic System and a concise storyline that spells out the slow and methodic downfall of Equestria that resulted in the nation being destroyed through a combination of Patriotism, Racism, Nepotism, Religious Zealotry, and all of this wrapped together as a greek tragedy. Where our main lead Littlepip isn't this big badass heroine or even the village idiot like Sunny Starscout was, yet over the course of the story; we follow Littlepip on her journey as she picks up new skills and make friends and creates a group dynamic that eventually culminates in her being able to kill Alicorns who have a hivemind; including wiping out their mind-reading Goddess by tricking her with a self-inflicted memory gambit that afterwards the surviving Alicorns all call Littlepip "The Destroyer", followed shortly thereafter by destroying the internal leadership of Red Eyes' growing Slave Empire, destabilizing the public support of the isolationist Grand Pegasus Enclaves' military by exposing its' citizens to the horrors that they've hidden from them behind the cloud cover, and united the new Element Bearers so they'd eventually cleanse the Equestrian Wasteland of Balefire Radiation that throughout the lands Littlepip is now heralded as the founder of the New Canterlot Republic... all the while Littlepip was just a simple Unicorn Engineer from Stable 2, that only knew the basic levitation spell.
