For a time, the Coffeegriff Bakery was experiencing a surge in popularity, enough so that we gave some thought to setting up a full-on industrial bakery and branching out to multiple shops. We take pride in the quality of our products, though, so any industrial operation would need some serious quality control to make sure everything's up to standard.
