Sunset Shimmer as Repeater, the G.I. Joe steadi-cam gunner.

I originally had thought of Sunset in a very different role, but rethought it for this role for the following reason: although not a very high ranking Joe team member, nor someone who even appeared in an animated series, in the late 80's following the movie Hasbro did seem to be positioning Repeater to be the new "hero face character" of the franchise and as a replacement for Duke, due to how he was appearing in merchandise and marketing. Similar, following Rainbow Rocks, Sunset was set up as the main hero character and "face" of the Equestria Girls franchise, despite originally being the villain and Twilight being the main protagonist of those stories originally.
