I chose this fusion for the following reason - Shockwave/Shockblast's file card lists his secondary specialty as "Choir," and his personal quote makes reference to how a SWAT team and a choir are both similar in that everyone has a specific job to do. Similarly, as a cellist, Octavia has worked with larger musical groups and orchestras, and would probably likewise understand that those also shares a similarity with a SWAT team in that each player has a unique but important part to play that brings about excellent results when acting in concert.
