So, this came about because of a comment a friend made on my Earth Qilin deviation:

So this is Taohua (Peach Blossom), and I've decided she will be Senlin's mate (Lián's master). I will submit his artwork later.

Taohua is the trade ambassador of Neigh-Beyul. She is the one who negotiates imports and exports of food and goods with other regional representatives. She also heads the peach orchards of Neigh-Beyul, and oversees many of the farms. In a sense, she's the Applejack of her region.

Upon their first meeting, Rarity seems to be taken by an aggressive obsession to style Taohua's fluffy mane. Naturally, the ambassador is a bit startled by the sudden appearance of foreign hair styling equipment, so she runs for it! I think I made Taohua's legs a little too long though...but maybe that will help her run faster.

Took me forever to find a good screen cap of Rarity running to act as a reference. I think I made her body too skinny though. Most of the styling products I made came from screen caps from "Sweet and Elite" while Rarity was singing. Ribbons were from "Friendship is magic: part 1". Curlers from "Just for Sidekicks".

The combs...I couldn't find a reference from the TV show, so I searched to see if anyone had made vectors of combs. I used the ones from: https://psyxofthoros.deviantart.com/art/Twilight-and-Rarity-353576719.
If the artist does not approve that I used their combs, then I will remove them.
And I seem to be really bad at pony magic effects. Guess that's something I will need to work on.
