I took the extra time when making this to create the eyes myself. Something oddly nice about doing the rings yourself rather than copy pasting the ones I've been using. I'll be making the rings myself from here on out to enhance the quality. Played with a few filters to give it a night time feel so, here we go. Enjoy.
