Redheart’s increasingly mobile ears pinned back as she suddenly felt feverish and swollen. The tingling on her skin. It hadn’t just been sympathetic. It was symptomatic! The transforming nurse groaned, feeling needles of white fur erupting from every follicle as her body strained against her smock.
Something behind Redheart grabbed her spine with both hands and pulled. What the hell was going ON back there?! Of course, she already knew, but… The mare-to-be winced as her tail bunched up between her swelling ass and the increasingly tortured fabric of her smock. A quick burst of growth solved the problem, tearing her clothing just enough to let her tail slide down past rounded cheeks to spill out the bottom of her nurse’s smock.
But of course, the changes wouldn’t stop there.
