The strange noises were Twilight's first sign that something had gone wrong with her spell. Twilight high-pitched 'squeaks' that sounds like screams. Then the confused alicorn princess looked down, and gasped! She was standing over a tiny city, no... it wasn't tiny... SHE WAS HUGE!! But this didn't look like Ponyville.

"Oh CRUDMUFFINS. Wrong Spell." Twilight whimpered as she leaned down to get a closer look. The tiny creatures resembled those on the opposite side of Celestia's mirror. Humans! But, these didn't have the pastel-colored skin that the alicorn was familiar with. Not only HAD she teleported to a different dimension... but was now accidentally hundreds of feet high, maybe even a mile or two!

Not exactly the best 'First Contact' for these poor creatures. Their big answer to other life in the galaxy/cosmos, and it's a ginormous pony creature popping into the middle of one of their cities. The 'Princess of Friendship' didn't even want to THINK of how many people probably disappeared under her 'friendly' hooves.

"DOUBLE CRUDMUFFINS!" she groaned in frustration.

Another silly Bing Image Creator result, modified a bit and put through phraseit to give it a word balloon. Twilight tries a new spell, or experiment, and ends up gigantic in another reality. Wow... where have I seen this before?! :3
