EDIT 10-6-21: Yeah i literally redrew this entire thing and gave her an outfit. Specifically the one she had in the Equestria Girls Shorts episode "Sunsets Backstage Pass". It was really nice and I liked it.
So yeah got some new stuff for this girlie.
One is that she's bisexual/ Two is that she and Pinkie are a thing in my next gen/AU/ whatever, which ill admit is a ship I wasn't expecting to like but the chemistry they have actually blew me away when I watched the episode I mentioned. Like they have so many cute moments.

Also when it comes to her relationship with Sunburst growing up, he and her were extremely close siblings, Sunset being the Big Sister Best Friend Forever, and she would defend him from the bullies that constantly picked on him for being scrawny and an easy target. Her and Starlight had a bit of a weird relationship due to Starlight's obsessiveness over Sunburst and trying to keep her from interrupting their playtime. But she never thought much of it and was happy Sunburst had another friend aside from her.

As for Sunset and Sunburst's mom, she wasn't a fan of her either haha however she did get a little bit less of the constant nitpicking and nagging because she was doing good in school and had a promising future. She still definitely helped Sunburst with his school work and he still believes to this day that he never would have even gotten into Celestia's school if Sunset didn't help him.

Imma make up a whole thing for their dad cause he's literally cardboard right now. Uh he was very kind and always supported everything they did but got tired of their mother and divorced her but couldn't gain custody through the power of bullshit the mom said to convince the judge that somehow worked so now he had to come during his visiting hours and help his kids anytime he could.

Sunset would then go on to be accepted into Celestia's school and then her story pretty much goes on the same in my headcannon. But take out the whole Equestria Girls plot because I didn't like it. I'm not sure what I would have changed since I will admit that I do like the dimension traveling thing. But not to the human world.

Ok wait wait i just remembered I had this idea of there being a different "breed" of pony. Not like Pegasus and Earth pony or unicorn. Kind of like crystal ponies.
Like magic wise or....something uhh stick with me here idk what I'm trying to say

I've been thinking of this thing where certain ponies with special talents relating to the sun and moon are considered "blessed ones" or ....something. They can be any race.
They often have coats consisting of dark blues, blacks, purples, and even white for ponies connected to the moon and reds, oranges, and yellows, sometimes for ponies connected to the sun. And specific coat patterns too.
They sparkle too.

Uh that's all i got. They probably are more powerful than the average pony but not by too much. Definitely not alicorn level. They aren't really treated special either since this "myth" faded into history after they kind of went "extinct".
So yeah i think Sunset and Sunburst are one of the sun ponies.
ok basically sun and moon ponies that are like a rare breed or something.
