This is an unlicensed Russian magazine called Cute/Small Ponies (similar to Horsie), released late 2023 and onwards, as replacement for official Egmont magazine ceasing to produce more issues (because Hasbro left Russian market in 2022). Each issue gives you really official looking images of characters + somewhat ok quality for magazine toy (recoloured magazine/blindbag MLP G4s), however second issue suddenly started recolouring ponies even in art and it doesn't mention official names at all, just calls them all horsies.
