Fizzlepop Berrytwist was once a common child, but life forced her to leave everything behind, her behavior made her got into many fights, but her determination never changed, she wanted a better life, and the only path that presented in front of her, was in the Underworld.

Being a mercenary wouldn't be easy, therefore she'd need a better name. And thus is how Tempest Shadow was born, with the same goal in mind she continued her career. But she couldn't do it alone, in her beginnings, she met whom she could call sister, together, both began to form a life in the Underworld, but as life sometimes demands it, their ideas would clash against each other, and it became even worse when she got her hands on a magical weapon from Equestria, The Polymorphic Vanquisher.

And when the time came of fighting her sister, Tempest got her signature scar, nowadays, she created a team that quickly grew into a private army that operates both legally and illegally, but the second is only known to very few powerful people, this group was later named by her, The Storm Guard.

For common folk, they're relentless soldiers capable of carrying out any kind of mission, but the truth is, they're a family, one Tempest and her sister needed, but could never have. They have one rule, General Tempest will always have the last word when it comes to taking big jobs, she doesn't want to risk her family and that's something every member knows.

Even in the underground, The Storm Guard is known for being outstandingly efficient, and thanks to her physical prowess, strategic thinking and her magical weapon, there's a non-written rule among mercenaries. "Do not mess with Tempest Shadow."

But for her, there's something missing, her sister. Both grew together, Tempest taught her all she knows about martial arts, but even though they shared a life of disgrace and were determined to create something new for both, it couldn't be possible.
