Applejack’s anger is one of the most interesting parts of her character to me. Always so dramatic seeing what would push a level-headed and practical character to get mad and lash out. That scene in Rollercoaster of Friendship where AJ loses her temper due to jealousy and lashes out at Rarity, yelling that ‘YOU’RE NOT SPECIAL’, is A+.
