I like the idea of Celestia taking on a maternal role with twilight, probably because we almost never see her with her actual parents lol. maybe it's not possible for celestia to have children of her own that she won't outlive since there aren't any other naturally born alicorns around, so she ends up unintentionally getting attached to twilight. or woooaaaa headcanon that twilight is actually celestia's daughter, and Twilight Velvet was a surrogate mother but Celestia wanted to wait to tell Twilight the truth until she knew Twilight could become her heir 😱

of course that ruins my twilight/luna ship since luna would then take on the role of aunt.... but whatever lol. I'm not gonna go too far into the details since I just drew this for fun
