Description:
‘Tis a far better thing to give than to receive,
Far more true on Hearth’s Warming Eve.
So I learned from the young cellist mare,
who, for her friend, she did so deeply care.
What joy we might give to those we hold dear
And the bonds we may form for the coming new year.
So to all, we wish, cheer and love, all the best,
and from the trials of year past, a chance for some rest.

I saw that the comments section was screwing up the extra images, so to hell with it, second post. Sorry about that, everyone.
At this time, I’d also like to extend thanks to the people that helped to make this blog possible. My brother has been a great help in finding music for each post. My dear friend Queenie of Aces has been a huge help in providing feedback and listening to my thoughts (read: panic).
While I do not read much fanfiction, the audiobooks of The Vinyl Scratch Tapes have proven both entertaining and inspiring, and I owe it to them for my love of Vinyl and Octavia.
And, of course, I have to thank all of you. Your support over the months since this began has been more than I could have hoped for. It keeps me going when I would rather curl up and do nothing. So thank you. I hope this short story has been entertaining, and I shall see you all in 2013.
So from the students and staff of the Canterlot Academy of Music, we wish you all a happy holiday and new year.
