I dont do many darker thgemed images like i used too with mlp but i felt inspired to try and cerate a piece that showed the beginning of Luna turning in to Nightmare moon. [plus i enjoy cerating twisted expressions for colourful ponies sometimes.
thre is also a little detail with there been faint tear steaks on her cheeks i se it as the last remains of Lunas sorrow and weeping before she just has snaped. not sure if it entily works for the image but it adds a bit of story too the expression
