ATG Party - Shooting Star
The problem with designing an OC is when another pony of the near same color scheme gets more famous before you even get anywhere with them. Oh well!
Here's Shooting Star for MLP-ATG-Alumni's - "Draw a pony attending the ATG birthday bash!", although I've only been around for 3 weeks, she still insisted on attending.
With transparency, flat perspective, no shading, bigger than 1000x1000, all as the requirements say.
I wanted to keep it simple, so instead I went back and made it as clean as I could.
