Behold, the lich queen of the sun, Celestia.

I redsigned her to be more warm-toned, which i feel better suits her role as the sun queen. I based her off swans, sunrises, and ancient Hellenistic marble sculptures like the Nike of samonthrace. I know in the show that Celestia is this maternal and ever-smiling leader of the ponies, but gee she sure did banish her kid sister to the moon. In my timeline/au Luna did declare war, but damn Tia. I imagine that her bond to the sun and elements of harmony kinda toned her down, but I think in her hayday she was a force to be reckoned with.

some more design notes: Her jewlery is all pearl based since post luna return, she branded the royal house gem as the pearl, since its a beautiful stone with origins in hardship, which mirrors her relationship with luna. long story short hardship make pretty, just like her and luna
