“Rarity and Fluttershy are spending some time together at the spa. This time however, Rarity asked a special service reserved for the best clients. This service is called “The Unusual” and it’s practically the same as “The Usual” with just one difference: The Spa Ponies will also give Rarity a massage from the inside.

So after spending the time doing the usual activities like going to the sauna or taking a mud bath, finally Rarity told the Twins to give her the “Unusual”.

Both ponies agreeded with a cute smile and waited their favorite customer to open her mouth wide.

Fluttershy saw agape how the first of the twins entered her friend’s mouth with ease, first stuffing her hooves in and then pushing her head. Then the unicorn tilted her head up, letting the gravity to do the rest. The now half-eaten pony struggled in the white mare’s neck, not trying to resist but the opposite, she tried to accomodate her body to the throat’s shape making it easier to Rarity to swallow her.

After a few gulps, the first twin finally landed in her customer’s stomach, turning into just an huge bulge in Rarity’s stomach. Rarity had to release a little burp due the change of pressure in her stomach and after apologizing, she told the other twin to proceed as well. The answer was the same.

After the last twin managed to fit herself in the unicorn’s stomach, Rarity took a look at her belly. Her previously flat tummy was now enormously big and round almost cartoonish. She looked like a pregnant mare with octuplets, if that was possible. She already tried this treatment before but her size of her belly reached every time never ceased to amaze her. She just HAD to rub it, she asked if a pregnant mare would feel that good.

Fluttershy, instead was in a loss of words. She just saw how her friend just devoured two adult ponies at the same time, or at least that would be if they didn’t get inside of her by their own will. Now she was staring at the bloated stomach her friend was showing.

Rarity realized her shy friend was staring at her belly. She chuckled and explained that “The Unusual” also involves an internal massage, and that means she has to swallow them everytime she payed them for that service. It’s a pretty exclusive and secretive service just give to the most select ponies in Canterlot, but they are offering it to her because she’s their best customer. Then she remembered about the twins and told them to proceed to the massage.

Her already bloated belly started to distort as the hooves of both ponies started moving for every part of her stomach. It looked painful but Rarity’s face showed a delighted expression, expressing her own enjoyment.

The rest of the evening went more normally, Rarity talked and talked, Fluttershy assented and assented always staring at her friends bloated stomach wondering how would it feel to have somepony inside of her, or being inside of somepony else, somepony like Rarity. Rarity also told about how marvelous was to feel both ponies in her all this time and expressed her desire of not letting them out so she would enjoy them for the rest of their lives.

That reminded her that there was also that other offer, “The Permanent Unusual”. It was really expensive but it would also give her the right of leaving them inside of her all the time she wanted. The Twins already told her that they wouldn’t mind to stay inside their favorite customer, the most elegant pony they have ever met. So that wouldn’t be really a problem for her. The only inconvenients were that she would have to forget her slim body she always loved, having to change all her dresses to adapt them to her new body, and what would everypony else say about her, but watching Fluttershy’s reaction she convinced herself that it wouldn’t be that terrible as she feared at first.

She was now thinking it seriously.

“Fluttershy, my dear. What if I told you I would be able to maintain this belly from now? Would you like it?“

“Rarity I…”
