Description:

When I first watched MLP: Make Your Mark, Chapter 2, Opaline and Misty's dynamic reminded me of a Sith Master and Apprentice. When Opaline reveals that she found Misty when the latter was a filly, I immediately thought of Darth Vader and his secret apprentice Starkiller (AKA Galen Marek) in The Force Unleashed.

Thus, I simply HAD to draw Opaline and Misty re-enacting Vader's knighting of Starkiller.

As with my previous Star Wars pieces, I did not want to encase Opaline in an armored suit, so I just gave her robes similar to those worn by the Jedi Archivist Jocasta Nu. Nothing spectacular - just a quick piece I churned out in ProCreate today.
