So i just recently found out about a Creepypasta called Scissor Twilight.
Where the unicorn Twilight sparkle had her back legs replaced with giant scissor blades, that constantly cause her pain and infections.
She is always trying to make friends but always ends up somehow killing them with her back legs.

Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy do what they can to help maintain her legs, while Pinkie does everything she can to fight off the infections that the iron blades that make twilights new legs are causing.
In the story, she manages to kill AJ, which ends up traumatizing rarity.
And she has had Spike taken away from her by Celestia because of all the unintentional hurt she is causing everyone with her new legs.

To pass the time she really enjoys doing ballet and does it in a private room of the castle, where she cant hurt anyone.
