Meet Partly Cloudy, the only daughter of Merry May, Sunshower Raindrops, and Endless Clouds! This larger-than-life mare is actually a distant relative of Mrs. Cake and the Apple family! She shares Mrs. Cake's artistic flare but in a completely different vein, instead focusing her energy on weather-related activities (and her hobby of gardening, which she is not particularly adept at). She is fun-loving, fast-talking, and dramatic, always having something to say about a myriad of topics. Fortunately, her job as a weather girl allows her to use that voice to talk forever about forecasts, changes in weather schedules, and warnings to prevent unnecessary panic or damage when an upcoming storm is on the way. Partly Cloudy loves spreading the word and is known to enjoy whatever morsels of gossip she can get from others. But more than anything, she loves her morbid little girlfriend Graveyard Shift.
