This is the “Fused Form” of Rainbow Dash and Hawkmon. Fused forms are mega-level digimon that activate when one of the 02 Digi-Destined achieves a strong level of friendship and understanding with one of the Mane 6, similar to DNA Digivolution.

Wakinyamon is a bird man digimon of incredible power. Said to be the embodiment of wind and thunder, it channels the power of storms through its weapon, the Lightning Tomahawk, and is capable of flying at speeds of up to Mach 40.

Wakinyamon’s name and design are based off of Waky, the Lakota Indian Language name for the mythical Thunderbird.
