The Lady of Dreams looked at the aristocrat for a long time, forcing her to look up with a soft mental message. There was understanding and sympathy in Luna's eyes, she did not blame the de-Lis standing in front of her.
"You lost, Fleur, not betrayed. Don't you know that it's not the same thing... STOP!!!"
Luna's gaze moved behind the aristocrat, and her voice lost all notes of softness and participation, turning into a titanium whip. Luna jumped up from the table, lighting the horn and stretching her magic towards the black shadow, indistinguishably fast for an ordinary equa.
Fleur felt a cold breeze blowing from her back, smelling of sandalwood and menthol, and a terrifying intent to kill that blew out cold sweat and made her knees tremble. Equa turned into an ice statue, afraid once again not only to move, but to breathe too deeply
"I beg your pardon, dear. Nigthy, I asked you not to interfere in this conversation. Now you understand why?"
Moon, floating above the floor in a field of telekinesis and unsuccessfully pulling her claws to the back of the frozen Fleur, jumped up and bared her teeth, almost choking with anger. The voice of the nightmare shrouded the princess's office in a thick, heavy veil.
"But Mom! I remember what that whore was doing! She! She is!"
Luna, still calm, walked around de-Lis and caressed Nightmare's cheek, cutting off her fury at once.
"Remember what you told me about the indoctrinated ones?"
The demonic grin on Moon's face finally faded and was replaced by a frustrated mine. In disputes, she lost to her mother cleanly and could not do anything about it. The black alicorn puffed out and lost her murderous aura, fluffing up her feathers and looking like an angry teenage pegasus.
