I've wanted to have a same-sex ship of my own characters, and I've been shipping these two since I created them.Their story goes like this:

Creamy Pants was a pony whose special talent was about sexual stuff, which was a taboo in Ashavnagar. She also found herself attracted to mares, and not stallions. Enough reasons for her to be an outcast. One day, teen Creamy heard the soft sobbing of a foal. She looked around, and saw a little filly. She asked the filly her name and what bothered her.

"My name's Rainbowshine. I don't have friends. I want to play, but nopony wants me in their group." the filly said.

"My name's Creamy Pants," she told her, "I don't have a friend either! I've never had one. Do you want to be my friend?"

"Why, sure!" Rainbowshine replied excitedly. The two then took a picture to celebrate the start of their friendship.

Only in a few days, Creamy felt a strange infatuation for her little friend. However, she feared that being a foal raised in Ashvanagar, she may be homophobic. So, she began to tell her all about ponies who were like her. Rainbowshine, being young, got influenced easily.

A few years down the line, Rainbowshine came to Creamy with a problem- she liked both mares and stallions. Creamy asked her the name of mare she liked, but she refused to tell, saying she won't like it.

Creamy sighed and said, "Rainbow, I've been keeping a secret from you. I like a mare who is extremely close to me."

"Who?" Rainbowshine asked.

Creamy gulped nervously. She blushed, and finally said, "It's you..."

Rainbowshine's cheeks immediately turned red, and she looked at Creamy. Creamy covered her face in shame. "You didn't want to hear that. I guess this is the end of everything. Or, at least our friendship."

"This is the end of our friendship," Rainbowshine said, "because..."

"Because?" Creamy asked.

"Because the mare I like is...you! We're both madly in love with each other!" Rainbowshine said, her cheeks and ears turning the darkest shade of red.

Since then, they've been keeping their relationship a secret. This was an easy secret to keep, for both of them were outcasts, and Rainbowshine was much younger than Creamy.
