BARN OWL GIRL!! I used to dislike barn owls for a really weird reason (I thought they took up too much attention and were overrated compared to the other species of owl. I was like 16 idk) but I love them now because I'm a smart adult with a fully developed brain who understands how cute they are. This was for the last slot of the halloween grid, the costume griffon, and the commissioner requested a maned griffoness wearing a Supergirl outfit. I think she turned out super cute. I liked the naked version more so I made that the main image but here's her with her costume on:

Made the legs white so she looked like a barn owl from the front, inspired by JackieBloom's headcanon piece which made me realize wow griffons really are just birds with cat butts glued on. a truly majestic creature
