Commissioned this from DatZigga awhile back and recently realized it was never uploaded here. My friend's OC is Heavy Weather (the one on the left) and sometime ago, another Heavy Weather popped up on the OC tag (seen on the right). We joked that "there can only be one" and this piece was born.
The alternate Heavy Weather has since disappeared from the "oc:heavy weather" tag and we don't know if she was renamed or if the image was removed entirely.
