Mailmare Dusty
Dusty works as a Mailmare, delivering letters and parcels to the Ponyville (and outside Ponyville) citizens. She's also trained numerous carrier pigeons which stay at the Ponyville Post Office. Though one of them is her pet and stays with her, sometimes joining her on her rounds. He is called Rocket. (I'll draw a picture later)
